ABOUT DR. LANCE BACON
Rev. Lance Bacon is an ordained bishop in the Church of God and is married to Rev. Crystal Bacon. Together, they have four wonderful children. They began pastoral ministry in 2004 at the King George (Va.) Church of God. Dr. Bacon holds a Master of Divinity from Regent University (2016) and a PhD in Theology (2022). He has taught at Regent since 2016, where he delights in his role as an assistant professor of Christian Ministry, Theology, Ethics, and Doctrine. Before entering ministry, Bacon enjoyed a distinguished 20-year career in journalism, earning numerous national awards for his coverage of military issues and operations. An eight-year Marine Corps veteran, he is also the author of several books, including
